Compensation Range: $135,000 - $160,000

Job Description:
This role supports a client real estate legal team by managing the full scope of transactional paralegal work, from title and survey review through closing, within a remote environment that values work-life balance and long-term professional growth.

Job Summary
•Communicate with title companies and manage closing checklists throughout real estate transactions
•Review and negotiate title insurance policies with title companies on behalf of clients
•Analyze all aspects of real estate contracts, including loan borrower and lender-side documentation
•Support corporate formations, including drafting operating agreements and bylaws
•Provide comprehensive support to the real estate legal team on day-to-day transactional matters
•Meet a 1,600 annual billable hour requirement while maintaining a consistent work-life balance
•Grow into an autonomous role, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning

Minimum Requirements:
•Minimum 5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal (7 years preferred)
•Demonstrated experience with title and survey review, including negotiating policies with title companies
•Strong working knowledge of real estate contracts, loan documentation, and both borrower and lender-side transactions
•Prior experience working successfully in a remote or hybrid environment
•Availability to work core hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST

Preferred Qualifications:
•7 or more years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting
•Big Law firm background
•Familiarity with corporate formations, operating agreements, and bylaws
•College degree or paralegal certificate (experience is weighted more heavily than formal education)
