The On Demand Office Assistant Travel Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and assisting with travel arrangements for employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Co-ordinating the day-to-day travel activities associated with assigned projects.
- Follow up with technicians about travel plans and adjust as needed
- Audit mileage submitted by travelling technicians.
- Reduce Travel Expenses by 10% by creating profiles at National Hotel Chains.
- Credentialing technicians to meet hospital requirements.
- Create partnerships with key stakeholders for operational efficiencies as well as save the company money.
- Re-book travel every 30days inorder to find less expensive options.
- Conduct training of new Technicians on expense reporting and Ceridian.
- Review invoices from travel outputs such as rental cars and flights.
- Reconcile Concur travel credit cards monthly.
- Assists with identifying trends or recurring problems and escalates to management for resolution.
- Research fare and schedule information.
- Maintaining a high standard of business and ethical conduct with customers, vendors, and employees
- Work with Keynote, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and virtual platforms such as Zoom
- Will provide backup administrative duties to Billing Specialist
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with travel booking software preferred.
