Sr. Accountant (Bilingual Korean / English)
Senior Accountant

Are you a detail-oriented accountant who enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? We’re a growing company looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations. If you have strong QuickBooks experience (or any other accounting system) and a passion for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and all core financial records using QuickBooks .
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
Reconcile bank and account activity to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare and file tax returns; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Support annual audits by coordinating with external auditors and providing documentation.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and accounting best practices.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial questions and provide guidance.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve accounting issues proactively.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 preferred).
Strong knowledge of GAAP.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Language: English (required); Korean (preferred).
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (DOE)
