Xenium Development is on the lookout for an entry level Retail Marketing Assistant to join our rapidly growing retail event team and take our clients brand to the next level. We are renowned for providing marketing management and sales consulting services to local consumers on behalf of our clients. Our proven face-to-face approach identifies and develops new streams of revenue for clients through on-site marketing promotions and sales campaigns with a personal touch. Every marketing and sales campaign is executed uniquely for each client's researched target market.

The Retail Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the preparation and execution of all events upon completion of training. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high energy, people-centric atmosphere.

Retail Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers inside our retail partners and present our clients products and services directly to consumers
• Answer any question or concerns accurately and professionally Utilize a face-to-face customer approach to resolve customer issues, answer customer inquiries, and generate new sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized and compliant event space during the duration of our time inside the retailer
• Maintain and accurately record all inventory as needed
• Follow all company and retail compliance procedures at all times
• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Assistant with various backgrounds such as:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience in retail, hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
• The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities and demographics
• The ability to think on your feet and problem solve as things arise
• Confident in a team environment and eager to bring a new perspective
• The ability to work full time hours
• Self-sufficient, impeccable critical thinking abilities, and trustworthy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
