Compensation Range: $65 / hour – $70 / hour W2

Job Description:
Lead and execute end-to-end UX research initiatives focused on mobile-first, consumer-facing ecommerce experiences, driving data-informed product and conversion strategy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research studies end-to-end

• Drive research for mobile and web conversion initiatives (shopping to purchase)

• Evaluate and test GenAI-driven product enhancements

• Design behavioral-based research (not preference-based) to inform product decisions

• Synthesize findings into strategic, actionable insights for cross-functional partners

• Partner closely with UX Design, Product, and Engineering teams

• Present research findings to stakeholders and influence decision-making

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher

  • 2 years in a Principal, Staff, Lead, or Manager-level UX Research role (hands-on IC)

  • Strong experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research

  • Deep understanding of behavioral vs. preference-based testing methodologies

  • Mobile-first, B2C ecommerce experience

  • Experience with Dscout

  • Proficiency with FigJam and Figma (research documentation and presentations)

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

  • Portfolio showcasing mobile digital product research, full research lifecycle, and measurable impact

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Enterprise-level ecommerce experience

  • Beauty industry experience

  • Experience supporting 0–1 product initiatives

  • Experience evaluating AI or GenAI-driven features
