Accounts Receivable Manager POST NUMBER: 464815
Overview
The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable function to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and strong cash flow. This role leads the AR team, establishes policies and controls, and partners with sales, customer service, and finance leadership to support revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee full-cycle accounts receivable operations
Lead, coach, and develop the AR team to drive performance and accountability
Establish and maintain AR policies, procedures, and internal controls
Oversee invoicing, cash application, and collections activities
Monitor AR aging, credit exposure, and past-due balances
Develop and enforce credit and collection strategies to minimize risk
Resolve escalated customer billing and payment issues
Support month-end close including AR reconciliations and reporting
Partner with sales and finance teams on billing accuracy and dispute resolution
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Qualifications
Proven experience managing accounts receivable operations
Strong understanding of billing, collections, and cash application processes
Experience leading and developing teams
Proficiency with accounting or ERP systems
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Preferred Experience
High-volume or multi-entity AR environments
Experience with credit policy development
Compensation: $100,000-120,000
