General Manager
- Lead all aspects of health & safety, ride safety, food safety, and fire safety.
- Oversee daily operations across rides, shows, accommodation, retail, and food & beverage.
- Manage, coach and support four Heads of Department, line managers, supervisors and a large seasonal team.
- Champion exceptional guest service and resolve guest feedback professionally.
- Drive commercial performance across admissions, retail, catering, accommodation, and events.
- Work closely with central support teams and external stakeholders.
- Leadership experience in theme parks, attractions, leisure, hospitality, or resorts.
- Strong people leadership skills and experience managing large, seasonal workforces.
- A safety‑first mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Commercial awareness, operational agility, and excellent communication skills.
