Job Description
- To greet prospects, complete tours & process applications
- To support leasing, renewals & resident communications
- To post rent, review ledgers & assist with accurate financials
- To support eviction filing steps and compliance
- To assist the Property Manager with daily operations using Yardi + CRM
- M–F 8:30am–5:30pm | $22–$23/hr DOE | Contract‑to‑hire
Location: Bellflower, CA 90706
Qualifications
- Leasing or Assistant Property Manager experience required
- Experience working in the LA County property management market
- Yardi & CRM software experience required
- Experience with rent posting, ledger review & eviction support
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Patience, positive attitude, and initiative
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
