Sr. Data Scientist
Company Description
This is a unique opportunity to join a data science team that develops and deploys innovative analytics solutions within a well-established, market-leading brand that is continuously growing and evolving.
As a senior data scientist, you will be responsible for utilizing machine learning, data wrangling, and visualization skills to tackle problems in collaboration with our functional partners in sales, operations, and marketing. You will manage and work alongside fellow data scientists and data engineers to help our business partners better understand their data and generate meaningful insights. Additionally, you will mentor and oversee direct reports within the data science team, assisting them in developing their technical skills, guiding their career growth, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to apply data science to address complex problems with sophisticated yet concise solutions that directly impact the business. We expect you to demonstrate a high level of curiosity and a strong desire to learn. If you are driven by solving problems, making a difference with data, and have an interest in marketing and operations, this position is for you.
Furthermore, this role offers the chance to contribute to the development of our data models, which are still in the early stages. This means you will have the opportunity to make a long-term, meaningful impact while recognizing that you will not be stepping into a fully developed data model.
