Job Overview

U nder t he d i r e c ti o n of t h e C li n i c a l Applications Support Director , p r o v i de user and system support f or identified c li n i c a l app l i c a t i ons , inclusive of EMR, Referral, Case Management, and HEDIS systems, by p r o v i d i n g technical p r o b l e m- so l v i ng ass i s t a n ce t o u se r s r e g a r d i n g t he op era ti on of co m p u t e r - r e l a t e d h a r d w a r e, so f t w ar e, ne tw o r k, access, and clinic medical devices

Minimum Requirements

• Associates degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 3 years experience involving Clinical System IT support and projects.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience involving Clinical System IT support and projects.

Compensation

$24.25 - $30.31 hourly
