Data Engineer - Vehicle Software - Hybrid

🌟 What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Ride and Fleet Software team, you’ll:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track reliability KPIs , identify trends, and develop smart mitigation plans.
• Design and maintain robust data pipelines that power critical metrics and improve the end-user experience .
• Capture and analyze data to uncover actionable signals, test hypotheses, and run experiments that validate your ideas.
• Evaluate and improve dashboards and reporting tools to ensure they support long-term business goals and decision-making.

🧰 What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• Expertise with tools like Looker, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Databricks , or similar analytics platforms
• A user-first mindset with a drive to build systems that enhance real-world experiences
• Curiosity and a constant desire to improve, experiment, and innovate
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify the complex

✅ Bonus Points

• 2+ years of data science experience
• Familiarity with AWS services , including Lambda
• Experience in the ride-hailing, mobility, or fleet management industry
• You've defined and tracked product success metrics in production environments
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• A knack for breaking down complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
