Requirements

• You have frontend experience with relevant technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js, React internals, TailwindCSS)

• You have started a project from scratch. You might have led a project, been a founder previously, or built an impressive side project.

• You have strong communication skills. We’re balancing customer relationships and working on our projects.

• You care about craft. In our work and your own.

Our interview process

• Culture interview (30-min video call)

  • We’re looking to learn about you, your skills and experience and your motivation to join our team.

• Technical interview (take-home, 1 week to complete, 2-3 hours total depending on test)

  • No LeetCode! Real-world problem solving in our coding environment. We try and make it fun.

• Debugging interview (1-hour live w/ one of our engineers)

  • 4 bugs. 1 hour. Are you up to the test?

• Founder interview (1 hour)

  • Meet with Han or Hahnbee! AMA at the end.

• On-Site (half-day)

  • Have lunch with us! Play some ping pong! We’ll learn about each other here.
