At Soapy Joe’s, we’re best known for our express car washes — but we also operate several convenience store locations across San Diego County. From 7-Eleven to Chevron and more, our teams deliver fast, friendly, and reliable service every day.

We’re looking for dependable, customer-focused Convenience Store Clerks who are ready to create positive experiences, keep things running smoothly, and be part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every customer with a smile and provide fast, friendly service

• Ring up purchases and handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Restock shelves, face products, and keep the store clean and organized

• Follow company procedures when handling food, alcohol, tobacco, fuel, and lottery

• Learn about products, promotions, and store policies to assist customers

• Contribute to a team that supports each other and gets the job done right

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

• Clear communication skills in both verbal and written form

• Ability to move around the store, lift up to 50 lbs., and stay on your feet

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather

• Able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation
