This is a performance driven service environment designed for experienced plumbers who want structure, support, and real earning upside.

Your New Role

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair throughout San Francisco, CA 94103 and surrounding areas

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including drain clogs, sewer backups, leak detection and repair, water heater service, and general plumbing maintenance

• Provide drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, and support for trenchless sewer repair projects

• Present customers with multiple repair options using flat rate pricing

• Create detailed digital invoices with photos and clear documentation

• Collect payment at the time of service

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

• Maintain a professional appearance and company vehicle

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing skills training

• Meet or exceed revenue and average ticket goals

• 2 or more years of residential or commercial plumbing experience

• Experience with service plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer repair, water heaters, and system diagnostics

• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems and present multiple repair options to customers

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas

• Ability to perform hand excavation and operate power demolition equipment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable using mobile technology for invoicing and service documentation

• Reliable and professional in customer facing environments
