Rental Staff
Position Summary
Irvine Park Rentals is hiring for part time staff. This position is responsible for sending out and checking in specialty bikes and paddle boats as well as going over safety instructions with customers. Performing day-to-day maintenance and operations of the rental bikes and paddle boats as well as providing excellent customer service. This position requires a positive personality and a drive for quality interactions with all guests. (wage range: $17.50-$20)
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per Hour
- Eligible for seasonal “Bonus Pay”: $2 per hour
- Must be available on weekends & holidays
- Must be available year-round (no summer positions)
- Position is part-time
Core Job Responsibilities
- Explaining safety instructions for bikes and paddle boats.
- Daily maintenance and operations of rental equipment.
- Interacting with customers and answering questions.
- Ensuring that families have a great experience.
Requirements
- Minors under 18 years of age must have a valid work permit.
- Must be available year-round (no summer positions).
- Must be available for part-time.
- Must be available on weekends and holidays.
- Must have a positive attitude and willing to work.
- Must be able to get to and from work.
