• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay:
• Local Rate: $65/hr
• Travel Package: $2,902/week

Meals: $602/week
Housing: $1,050/week

Role Overview:
• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
• Perform patient assessments in homes, SNFs, and ALF settings
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
• Manage a typical caseload of approximately 4–6 patients per day
• Maintain documentation and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
