Territory Outbound Sales Associate

Vert Environmental is expanding and looking for a driven Territory Outbound Sales Associate to help grow our presence and build lasting client relationships.
In this role, you'll focus on outbound prospecting, consistent follow-up, and strategic networking to identify and develop new business. You'll be supported by a collaborative team and strong leadership while owning your territory and driving meaningful growth.

Compensation:$70,000 - $120,000 base + commissions

- Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals
- Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
- Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
- Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
- Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
- Sales experience required
- Must live in Orange County and/or within driving distance of the office
- Good communication
- Must have working rights in the USA
- Must have a driver's license
- Must be 21 or older
- Ability to make good first impressions
- A clean driving record required
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry
