Bandero Premium Tequila is a fast-growing spirits brand with a small, tight knit team. Every team member plays an important role in shaping the future of the brand, and we're looking for someone who's excited to bring fresh ideas to the table, and make a real impact.

We're looking for someone who wants to truly own the voice and image of the brand while collaborating with our in-house creative team — including graphic designers, a videographer, and a video editor — to bring bold Bandero ideas to life through our social media channels. The person we are looking for is someone who's just as comfortable developing the next standout social campaign as they are attending events, capturing behind the scenes moments, and creating authentic, real time content that connects with our audience.

What You'll Do

As our Social Media Manager, you'll own the day-to-day management and long-term growth of Bandero's entire digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Bandero's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
• Own the content calendar, campaign planning, and posting schedule.
• Collaborate with our in-house graphic designers, videographer, and editor to develop engaging photo and video content.
• Capture additional behind-the-scenes content at events, and brand activations.
• Write compelling captions and ensure all messaging aligns with the Bandero brand.
• Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and user-generated content.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns.
• Identify influencer and creator partnership opportunities.
• Monitor social trends and recommend new content ideas and platform opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to upper management and then team with actionable insights.
• Work closely with leadership to support new product launches, retailer promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, and special events.
• Help ensure Bandero maintains a premium, consistent, and recognizable brand presence across every customer touchpoint.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional social media management experience.
• Experience managing social media for a consumer, lifestyle, food & beverage, hospitality, luxury, or sports brand preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, community management, and analytics.
• Experience managing paid advertising through Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management abilities.
• Comfortable attending events, visiting accounts, and capturing spontaneous content.
• Creative thinker who enjoys collaborating with designers and content creators.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to help build a growing brand.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
• Experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Photography or mobile content creation experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms
