Government-Funded Outreach Representative

Joining our team as an Outreach Representative means joining a diverse, innovative group of professionals committed to delivering exceptional brand experiences. We are industry experts in marketing and sales strategies, and we invest in our Outreach Representatives to help them achieve their professional aspirations. As an Outreach Representative, you will collaborate with well-known, government-funded programs and brands, contributing to strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
Responsibilities of a Government-Funded Outreach Representative:
- Learn the Lifeline Program: Outreach Representatives complete our hands-on training to understand the history of the Lifeline program, how to enroll customers, resolve issues, and coordinate team activities
- Community Outreach & Enrollment: Engage directly with community members, explain the program, and guide eligible customers through the application process
- Ensure Compliance & Fraud Prevention: To protect customers and maintain program integrity, follow all Lifeline program rules, and uphold strict fraud prevention standards
- Track & Improve Performance: Monitor campaign results and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to enhance effectiveness
- Support Marketing & Sales Operations: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking campaign data, and maintaining records
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and maximize program impact
Qualifications for the Government-Funded Outreach Representative Position:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service—experience with government-funded programs is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and essential marketing tools/software
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve marketing campaigns
- A creative and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
