Retail Charity Fundraising Assistant - Entry Level

We are currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Retail Charity Fundraising Assistant position. In this role, you will represent nonprofit and charitable organizations inside retail locations, helping raise awareness, engage with the community, and support fundraising campaigns.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in customer service, communications, community outreach, fundraising, or event support. No previous experience is required — paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations during retail fundraising events
• Engage with shoppers and provide information about fundraising campaigns
• Help increase awareness for charitable causes and community programs
• Assist with event setup, organization, and daily event operations
• Answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner
• Support donor outreach and fundraising activities
• Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Maintain accurate campaign materials and event displays
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions
