Full Stack Software Engineer
About Our Role:
Miter has been growing rapidly over the past year and is showing no signs of slowing down in 2025. We started 2024 with a small team of engineers and have doubled that in the past 12 months with plans to double again in the coming year. We have charted out an ambitious and eagerly-awaited product roadmap and want to ship it to our customers as fast as we can.
This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week — Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday — in either our San Francisco or New York office. We’ve found that some of our best ideas (and best laughs) happen when we’re together in person, so we prioritize time in the office for team connection, collaboration, and momentum. You’re always welcome to come in more often if that’s your style — the office is here for you. The rest of the week is flexible— work from wherever you do your best work!What You'll Help Build:
Scope and lead new mission-critical features end-to-end
Design and implement new processes and systems enhancing our entire engineering organization’s productivity
Be involved and provide input in product and strategic decision-making
What You'll Need:
5+ years of work experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a fast-growing technical SaaS company
Have a strong product/user orientation
Have led large and complex technical products in the past
Enjoy making decisions independently and under uncertainty
Are equally comfortable designing frontend UIs and backend APIs
Take a modular approach to building infrastructure and services
