Temporary Executive Assistant I

The County of Riverside's Human Resources Temporary Assignment Program (TAP) is seeking to fill a Temporary Executive Assistant I to support the RUHS Medical Center - Medical Staff Admin division.
The incumbent will provide support to the Medical Staff Director, Confidentiality of medical staff records, track and maintain monthly expiration licenses (DEA, State License, Fluoroscopy Certificate, malpractice insurance, ACLS, PALS, BLS certificates) for the Medical Center, Community Health Centers, Behavioral Health, review Medical Board of California alerts, ordering supplies, archiving paper credential; files, RSS process, phones, fax, mail, and online hospital affiliations requests. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Pro, Excel, and hospital experience are highly desired.
