Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
A large, well-known retail organization with a complex, multi-entity structure is seeking a Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager to join their team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role supporting consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities and brands.

Compensation & Location:
- Up to $135,000 base salary (DOE)
- Bonus + comprehensive benefits
- Fully onsite (5 days/week) in Carson, CA
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across multiple legal entities
- Own intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and roll-forwards
- Support IFRS and US GAAP reporting, including reporting to parent entities and external auditors
- Draft and maintain technical accounting memos for complex transactions
- Partner with accounting, FP&A, and auditors during close and reporting cycles
- Support process improvements across close, consolidation, and reporting workflows
Qualifications for Success:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and consolidation
- Hands-on IFRS reporting experience (required)
- Experience preparing consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Strong background in multi-entity and intercompany accounting
- Experience working in large, complex organizations (retail, consumer, or similar preferred)
- Ability to operate independently in a senior-level individual contributor role
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (CPA a plus but not required.)
