Senior Financial Analyst
- Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
- Own and evolve rolling forecasts — including scenario modeling and pressure-testing key assumptions — to keep leadership ahead of the curve.
- Build and enhance financial reporting: P&L analysis, variance breakdowns, and performance narratives that tell the story behind the numbers.
- Develop exec-ready presentations and business review materials that drive confident, well-informed decisions.
- Translate financial complexity into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to dig into revenue trends, cost drivers, and operational performance.
- Lead annual budgeting cycles — modeling revenue, expense, and headcount scenarios from the ground up.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role
- Solid command of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills — complex formulas, dynamic models, the works
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- ERP experience required; NetSuite a strong plus
