Underwriter (Commercial/Consumer)
We are seeking an Underwriter to review loan applications, assess risk, and make sound lending decisions in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Loan Analysis: Evaluate financial statements, credit reports, and supporting documents.
- Decision Making: Approve, condition, or decline loan applications.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate lending risks.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate underwriting records.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6 years of underwriting experience.
Skills
- Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance.
- Attention to detail.

Compensation
$85,000 – $115,000 depending on experience
