You'll create efficient workflows, maintain critical documentation, and support our operations team in keeping everything running smoothly. Requirements/Responsibilities
What You'll Actually Do:
~Keep Our Data Pristine
~Master our internal systems to maintain rock-solid accurate records that our entire team relies on
~Be the Problem Solver
~Field online inquiries and support tickets with helpful, efficient responses—you're the person who makes data issues disappear
~Track What Matters
~Monitor data accuracy, completion rates, and retention metrics, turning numbers into actionable insights
~Hunt Down the Details
~Conduct regular audits and reach out diplomatically about missing or outdated information (think friendly detective work)
~High school diploma or equivalent
~Laser-sharp attention to detail and organizational superpowers
~Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex info simply
~Self-starter mentality who thrives without constant supervision
~Ability to juggle priorities in a flexible hybrid environment Nice-to-Haves:
~Associate's or Bachelor's degree
~Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or records management
~Bilingual (Spanish/English) – a huge plus!
