Job Overview:
As a Sales Consultant at Edition Motors, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout their car-buying journey. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable performance vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for performance cars, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the performance vehicles in the dealership inventory.Provide accurate and detailed information about each vehicle's specifications, features, and performance capabilities.
Sales Presentations: Conduct effective and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of each performance vehicle.Highlight unique selling points and address customer concerns.
Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to identify the most suitable performance vehicle based on the customer's preferences, budget, and driving requirements.
Test Drives: Facilitate test drives to allow customers to experience the performance and handling of the vehicles.Provide guidance and answer questions during test drives.
Closing Deals: Work closely with customers to finalize deals and negotiate terms.Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on performance vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Passion for and knowledge of high-performance vehicles.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,059.31 - $80,071.83 per year
