Title : Broker Admin Specialist

Job Description
NMSI, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Broker Admin Specialist to support the approval, maintenance, and compliance activities related to mortgage brokers and partners. This role assists Account Executives (AEs), works closely with internal departments, and ensures all broker/partner processes run smoothly and accurately.

Job Responsibilities

• Broker / Partner Management – Handle approval, recertification, and termination procedures for brokers & partners.
• Recapture & Compliance Process – Manage and follow up on Investor Recapture (EPO/EPD/Repurchase) related procedures.
• Broker / Partner Support – Respond to basic inquiries from brokers and partners and provide follow-up communication.
• Special Case File Coordination – Track and follow up on files requiring special handling, ensuring timely resolution.
• AE Performance Reporting – Prepare, update, and maintain Account Executive performance reports.
• Manager Support – Perform additional tasks and projects assigned by the department manager.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage, banking, or administrative support roles is a plus (not required).
• Understanding of wholesale lending or broker relations preferred.
• Bilingual skills (Korean/English) are a plus.

Wage Range and Benefits

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (DOE)
