Tech Coordinator
Working under the supervision of the Manager of Information Technology, the Technology coordinator oversees the operation of the organization’s technology services in order to support administrative and instructional programs.
REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s degree (Management Information Systems, Information Technology) or equivalent knowledge and years of experience required
● Three years or more in a technology focused role required
● Leadership experience in the area of technology preferred
● Vast knowledge of information technology and operations
● Experience in working in charter schools, education, and/or non-profits preferred
● Previous experience working with a diverse student population preferred
● Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
● Friendly disposition, customer service oriented, able to multitask, remains calm and able to listen to technology issues without judging the user's level of ability, industrious
● Resourceful and a self-starter
● Takes initiative
