What You’ll Be Doing

As a Back of House Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while following our recipes and standards. - Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace. - Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. - Working collaboratively with the team to ensure orders are accurate and timely. - Communicating effectively with team members to keep operations running seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a team player who thrives in a kitchen environment and brings the following to the table: - Experience: At least 1 year of cooking experience in a similar role. - Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Language Skills: Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required. - Teamwork: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. - Communication: Strong communication skills to ensure smooth coordination with the team.
