Logistics Manager (NSW)
Position: Logistics Manager

Location: Imperial Beach, CA and other NSW SERE locations
Travel: 10%

Position Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive logistical support enabling realistic and effective training for NSW Special Operations Forces. Manages procurement, transportation, inventory, and maintenance of training assets and venues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
These services are required to support unique efforts which may require:
- Oversee procurement and transportation of training equipment and supplies.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure maintenance and security of training venues.
- Support training operations with timely logistical coordination.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain SECRET security clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a military or operational context.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in logistics software.
- Experience with budget management and government contracting procedures.
- Ability to manage training venues and ensure operational readiness.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the IC is regularly required to talk, listen, and write. The IC frequently is required to use foot/ankle motions, hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit; and reach with hands and arms. The IC must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
