Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff)

Description We are looking for a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process. From drafting legal documents to organizing case materials, your work will directly contribute to the success of each case. Responsibilities: - Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal statements with accuracy and attention to detail. - Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling hearings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining organized case files. - Prepare exhibits, evidence, and production documents for trial use. - Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories and other related tasks. - Conduct research and gather critical information from various sources to support case development. - Assist attorneys with trial preparation by organizing materials and ensuring readiness for court. - Collaborate with attorneys during case settlements, providing necessary documentation and support. Requirements - Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, particularly in plaintiff-side cases. - Strong knowledge of motions, discovery processes, evidence handling, and court procedures. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in case management software and other relevant computer applications. - Experience in civil litigation and personal injury cases is highly preferred.
