Sr. Product Manager - Global Installments & Embedded Finance - Remote - WFH -

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of products that engage with our clients and partners, including financial institutions, tech companies, and merchants. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of our services across various markets.

In this position, you will take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities—from collaborating on product solutions with clients to developing new features, setting priorities, and guiding client launches. You will report to the Director of Global Installments & Embedded Finance and interact with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Legal, Marketing, and Client Services. You'll be at the forefront of developing scalable solutions that address key client needs and manage large-scale launches. ### Key Responsibilities:

- Evolving Global Product Strategy: You'll contribute to the evolution of our global product strategy, focusing on creating scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate into client operations.
- Executing the Roadmap: Play a central role in bringing the product roadmap to life and achieving commercial targets for all use cases.
- Collaborating with Architects: Work closely with architects to identify and address client challenges while proposing product enhancements that ensure scalable solutions.
- Product Architecture Enhancements: Lead efforts to improve product architecture, making it easier for regional teams to implement solutions and reduce entry barriers.
- Technology Collaboration: Partner with the Technology team to ensure that new features and capabilities are delivered with a high-quality user experience, free from technical debt.
- Hosting Office Hours: Facilitate productive discussions with card issuers, acquirers, processors, and payment service providers during office hours, sharing insights and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with multiple departments, including Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Technology, to ensure alignment across the business and create a cohesive strategy.
- Leadership Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align on product strategies, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams.

### Position Requirements:

- Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.


- Preferred Qualifications:
- 9+ years of relevant experience, including experience in product management, strategy, and solution commercialization.
- Strong technical understanding of payment systems and digital transactions.
- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and complex, evolving situations.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across a variety of teams and stakeholders.

- Work Hours: Flexible, based on department needs.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel (5-10%) may be required.
- Mental/Physical Requirements: This role is office-based, requiring standard office equipment usage (e.g., computers, telephones), as well as sitting and standing during the workday.
