Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Project Administrator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $29.00 to $31.00 per hour.

• Manage project coordination tasks including work order creation scheduling status tracking and reporting.

• Support billing activities by validating codes tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.

• Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements provide updates and resolve issues.

• Coordinate daily operational activities and assist with resource planning across multiple teams.

• Maintain project data records and monitor workflows to ensure accuracy continuity and timely delivery.

• Bring experience in project coordination operations or administrative support roles.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients team members and stakeholders.

• Show attention to detail in tracking reporting and documentation tasks.

• Work independently to resolve routine issues while escalating more complex challenges appropriately.

• Maintain accurate documentation and support data management across project workflows.

• Collaborate effectively across teams while serving as a communication link between different groups.

• Demonstrate a proactive reliable and service oriented approach in daily responsibilities.

• Adapt to fast paced environments with changing priorities while maintaining quality standards.

• Exhibit strong multitasking prioritization and problem solving skills in operational settings.
