Bartender
Bartender & Barback Wanted – Fast-Paced Mexican Restaurant
We’re looking for experienced, high-energy Bartenders and Barbacks to join our team at a busy, team-driven Mexican restaurant.
This is not a stand-around job — we’re looking for people who move with urgency, support the team, and take pride in a clean, efficient bar.
What We’re Looking For:Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Team player mentality — no egos
Ability to handle high-volume service
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude under pressure
Craft cocktails, margaritas, and classic drinks efficiently
Provide great guest experience at the bar and service well
Keep bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
Work closely with servers and kitchen during busy service
Keep bar stocked (ice, glassware, garnishes, beer, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and flow behind the bar
Anticipate bartender needs before being asked
Support the team during peak hours
