Executive Secretary to the President
Trusted Mortgage Capital is a leading firm in the mortgage industry, known for our commitment to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking an Executive Secretary to serve as the right hand to our CEO. This is a pivotal role that requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Organize and maintain files and records with utmost confidentiality.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools and applications.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
