Our special services include total pest prevention including termite remediation and repair, exclusion services (e.g., rodent, bird, and bat), wildlife trapping, gopher, mole, ground squirrel abatement. provide great customer service, fast response time, and a service that is effective and efficient. Responsibilities:

  • Grow the number of commercial clients in your sales territory.
  • Identify and develop key customer verticals within the geographical footprint.
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Generate leads from advertising and passive referrals in addition to developing new clients within your sales territory.
  • Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting. Reporting will include sales calls made, proposals submitted, and disposition of prospects.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and paperwork to the appropriate service center for rendering services sold.
  • Operate and maintain an assigned vehicle in accordance with all motor vehicle laws, company policies and manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license.
  • Must possess a Branch 2 Field rep license with the Structural Pest Control Board.
  • Prior sales experience with a proven track record preferred.
  • Must be motivated and a self-starter.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and honest.
  • Must have good judgment/decision making ability.
  • Must have a positive attitude and excellent work ethics.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have or be able to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, terminology, work procedures, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

Branch 2 Field rep license with the Structural Pest Control Board is required

2 years sales experience preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Valid driver's license required with a good driving record

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required

Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator

Willing to work in different types of weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
