Supervisor, Training

Shape how teams learn, grow, and succeed from day one. As DP World launches its new facility in Rialto, CA, we’re looking for a Training Supervisor to lead the development and delivery of site training programs.

In this role, you’ll strive to ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to perform at a high level. You’ll partner with Operations and support teams to align training with business needs and reinforce consistent standards across the site.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization.
• Identify and access future and current training needs, and recommend improvements through job analysis, standardize work evaluation and skill level testing, development and training.
• Gather data from customer and internal sources and create testing and evaluation processes and communicate/report to appropriate personnel. Interact with staff within the location and within the company and all customer and prospective customer representatives.
• Coordinate/conduct training. This includes the necessary documentation required for conducting the training and recording the training and training results. Maintain the training cell environment, i.e. 5S, improvements, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• College degree required; Bachelor Degree is preferred.
• Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment working in a quality capacity.
• Above average interpersonal, organizational and communication skills - written and oral to deal with a wide range of customers-both internal and external.
• Ability to communicate and deal with a variety of people including syncreon team members as well as all levels customer from managerial to hourly.
• Excellent trainer skills and abilities.

We offer a market competitive compensation package. Estimated starting salary ranges from $75,780-$84,200 based on background and experience.
