Job Description

As a Luna Elite therapist, you will deliver in-home outpatient physical therapy in Livermore, CA and nearby areas. You will have the ability to choose when you see patients, enabling a work-life balance aligned with your schedule. The role includes opportunities for a generous compensation structure, regular bonuses, and immediate payment; Luna provides technology and support to simplify documentation, safety, cancellations, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home outpatient physical therapy to patients in Livermore, CA and surrounding areas
• Manage a flexible schedule to meet patient needs
• Use Luna technology to document care, coordinate safety and logistics, and monitor patient progress
• Communicate effectively with patients and Luna support teams to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain compliance with state licensure and practice standards

Qualifications

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation for home-visit therapy
• 1+ years of physical therapy experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $80.00/hr – $87.00/hr
• Signing bonus: $3,000
