Front of House Manager
At Ospi Montecito, our mission is to empower and inspire our team so together we can do what we love - create meaningful experiences for our guests. We strive to provide our Mementors (anyone employed by the Memento Mori Hospitality group—Jame, Ospi Venice, Ospi Brentwood, Jemma Hollywood, Ospi Costa Mesa, ¡Jaime! Taqueria, and Ospi Montecito) with the same level of hospitality that we offer each guest who walks through our doors.
Our goal is to expand the Memento Mori Hospitality group internationally. We are looking for people who believe in what we stand for and want to grow with us. You will learn with a hands-on approach through daily feedback and mentorship from our senior managers. We will support you as you hone your skills, and give you a place to shine when you are ready. Ospi Montecito is Jackson and Melissa Kalb’s eigth restaurant and our first location in Santa Barbara County. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations
- Hire, train, and develop new hires
- Provide direct and non bias feedback
- Department management and inventory
- Teach and learn one new skill everyday
- Grow the business by 1% everyday
Salary DOE, $75,000-$90,000
