Physical Therapist

- Evaluate and treat patients, document clearly, and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and third-party payers.
- Participate in facility meetings and maintain CPR certification.
Skills & Competencies:
- Teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in clinical documentation and reporting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients.
- Able to walk, stand, and reach throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- CAPTE-accredited degree or equivalent, with state licensure.
