Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join BILL’s Platform and Strategy Product Analytics team. This role is pivotal in supporting the next phase of growth at BILL. You will help define key results (KRs) and driver KPIs, build dashboards, and measure experimentation outcomes, while also contributing to advanced data science initiatives. The role is highly collaborative, working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to inform product direction and drive business impact.
Responsibilities
- Create value for end customers and BILL by providing thought partnership and leadership.
- Map business goals to product and analytics priorities, using data to drive measurable impact. Define, track, and report on KRs and driver KPIs for product initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into customer behavior and product performance.
- Conduct advanced analyses to identify opportunities.
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and influence feature prioritization.
- Translate technical results into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the analytics pipeline in partnership with Data Engineering.
- Past experience with Machine Learning and modeling is a plus.
We’d love to chat if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Scientist role, with a demonstrated track record of using data to drive business impact.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling (dbt) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience building dashboards and conducting experimentation measurement (A/B testing).
- Experience with Python, ML based modeling, Firmographics is highly desired. Note: ML Ops is not a must have skill.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey technical insights effectively.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
San Jose pay range
$126,900—$151,800 USD
