Role Description: Armed Executive Protection (EP): The Agent will provide close protection services for high-profile individuals, offering complete security services, ensuring physical safety and maintaining secure environments. Key responsibilities include planning and executing protective operations, conducting advance security preparations, and implementing security plans and protocols tailored to specific needs of each client. Agents will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized access, respond to incidents, screen individuals and vehicles, and monitor surveillance system. Driving and transport duties may apply. Meticulous documentation of activities and incidents and reporting safety or security concerns to supervisors is mandatory, as is collaboration and frequent communication with team members. Agents must maintain discretion and integrity at all times. This position may involve travel.

Must have Executive Protection and Estate Experience.

CA CCW and CA Exposed Firearm permits are required.

Ideally looking for someone with Armed EP/RST experience working with high-net-worth individuals. This person has tactical or protective driving experience (trailing a plus). This person has risk assessment and/or advance work experience. This person is comfortable handling paparazzi/media situations. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally based on rare client occasional needs.

Mandatory Qualifications:

· Valid California Guard Card

· Valid California CCW

· Valid California Exposed Firearm Permit

· First Aid / CPR / AED Certification

· Valid CA Driver License

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement highly preferred.

· Strong Physical Security skills, including patrolling, access control, and incident response.

· Experience in close protection and risk assessment in high-stakes environments.

· Skilled in surveillance, situational awareness, attention to detail and threat analysis.

· Exceptional communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.

· Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic situations.

· Physical fitness, ability to respond quickly to situations; ability to remain calm under pressure.

· Proficiency in detailed documentation and report writing is mandatory.

· Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Stellar Customer Service skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public.

· Must agree to a background check.

· Must agree to a drug test.

Additional Qualifications:

· TCCC / TECC preferred

· Professional Driving Training preferred

· Law enforcement and/or military experience preferred
