Territory Representative - Surgical - Los Angeles
ABOUT CALDERA MEDICAL
Caldera Medical is a growth-stage medical device company with a singular mission: to improve the quality of life for women. Our commercial portfolio spans the treatment of stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, and — through our newly formed Surgical Division — hysteroscopic tissue removal. Ranked by Inc. 5000 as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies, we operate with the agility of a startup and the credibility of an established commercial organization.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a territory ownership role. You will be responsible for building and running your business in your assigned territory — calling on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists, conducting in-OR product trials, and converting competitive accounts.
We're looking for a self-starting sales professional who is energized by building — a greenfield territory, a surgeon network, and a career — while doing work that genuinely improves outcomes for women.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory & Account Management
• Own your territory — build the pipeline, manage the funnel, and meet quotas.
• Call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists across several sites of care - hospital Ors, ASCs, and office-based settings.
• Develop trusted relationships and become a valued resource within each surgeon’s team.
• Conduct in-OR product trials and provide hands-on clinical support.
Competitive Positioning & Growth
• Identify and convert competitive accounts; grow market share within your territory.
• Stay current on competitor products and market trends to sharpen your positioning.
• Leverage CRM to track account activity, analyze trends, and prioritize opportunities.
Customer Success
• Deliver consistent post-sale service and support that drives retention and referrals.
• Always represent Caldera with professionalism and high integrity
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
• 3–6 years of outside B2B sales experience with a consistent record of achieving quota
• Must reside within the Los Angeles territory
• Demonstrated face-to-face sales experience and strong relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in the field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Evidence of leadership and competitive drive – athletics, team environments, extracurriculars
Preferred
• Experience in medical devices, surgical, or clinical sales
• Familiarity with hysteroscopy, gynecology, urology, or OR-based selling environments
LEADERSHIP PROFILE
Coachable · Relationship-Driven · Competitive · High Integrity · Mission-Motivated · Accountable

- Performance-based incentives and accelerators
- Medical, dental, and vision
- 401(k) with 4% employer match
- Unlimited PTO
- 6 weeks paid maternity leave
- Being surrounded by talented and engaged employees
OUR CULTURE
Caldera Medical operates with the heart of a family and the urgency of a growth company. Every employee has a seat at the table. We give back to our community — our team donates time to local charities throughout Southern California. Caldera Medical is an equal opportunity employer. This role is being filled directly — we are not working with outside agencies.
