Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with strong litigation experience to join our growing plaintiff-side employment practice. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to advocating for employees in complex workplace disputes and a strong background in California employment law. Position Overview This role involves handling a wide range of plaintiff-side employment matters, including individual and class/representative actions. The attorney will be responsible for managing cases from intake through resolution, including litigation, motion practice, discovery, and settlement negotiations. Why join us? J.D. from an accredited law school
Active member of the California Bar (required)
2–7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Experience handling depositions and court appearances preferred
Familiarity with California Labor Code and FEHA strongly preferred
