Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Client Account Manager with experience in worker's compensation, workplace injury, or with ergonomics. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for ergonomic services on a specific account. This includes operational oversight, sourcing and hiring, process improvement, strategy, and client relations. The account manager will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) has been providing ergonomic services to the Bay Area for 20 years. Many of our team members have been with PRN Ergonomic Services for 10+ years. We're looking for someone who has experience as a program manager supporting office and industrial ergonomist roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational oversight of internal staff and vendors
Support business through development of customer relationships
Stay current on global ergonomic compliance
Perform presentations and quarterly business reviews
Execute on established KPI's
Ensure exceptional client experience and customer satisfaction
Pro-active management in quality and process improvement
Budgeting & Forecasting
Maintain relationships with portfolio of assigned vendors
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Risk management
Assist with on-boarding process tasks- internal and external
Contract management
Sourcing new technology to enhance operations
Procurement
Streamline and improve outdated workflows
Essential Characteristics and Competencies:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet individual goals and deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and changing culture
Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse population
Ability to work as part of a team and display a positive attitude for this dynamic environment
Maintain a high level of professional ethics and compliance.
Experience with workplace health and safety or wellness programs a plus
Experience with workstation ergonomics a plus
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of account management experience
Global program experience preferred
Exposure/background in workplace injury rehabilitation and employer-side relationships is required
Knowledge ergonomics in an office or industrial setting is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective in leading, influencing, and persuading others
Results driven, self-motivated, and able to operate with little oversight
Project management
Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, and execute on KPI's
Ability to set both short (1-2 years) and long-term (3-5 years) business strategies
Proactive approach to analyzing and prescribing business solutions to meet company
Strong analytical skills
Google Suite knowledge
