Client Service Associate - Immediate Start
The Client Service Associate will interact directly with clients, provide support, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Provide information about services and assist with inquiries
- Resolve client concerns and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Support account management and client follow-ups

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
