Primary Responsibilities: Lead sign projects from inception through closeout, ensuring quality, timeline, and profitability goals are met. Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear direction across departments. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants. Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking. Oversee all phases including bidding, design, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and completion. Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations. What We're Looking For: ~5+ years’ experience in the sign industry. ~ Bachelor’s degree preferred. (project management, construction, or related field). ~ Strong understanding of blueprints, site drawings, and architectural plans. ~ Experience in construction industry or manufacturing a big plus. ~ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. ~ Ability to travel locally and across the US as needed. ~ Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP systems experience preferred. ~ Bilingual skills a bonus. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary. ($60,000-75,000). Bonus Incentive Program: Earn up to an additional $25,000 above annual earnings based on invoiced sales volume and performance metrics.
