Manager, Rehab
HCT seeks an experienced therapy professional to serve as the Interim Manager of Rehab for a 300+ bed hospital in CA.
Job Overview:
- Operational Leadership: Manages daily operations and staffing for rehabilitation
- Patient Care Coordination: Oversees nursing care to ensure quality standards are met, particularly for patients requiring sub-acute rehab.
- Clinical Leadership: Responsible for establishing protocols, practices, and managing budgetary requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy.
- License: Active California PT, OT or ST license
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of varied Clinical experience and 1 year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
- Certifications: BLS AHA required
- Computer Skills: EMR and Microsoft Office Suite; must be computer savvy
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
