Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist

Your Role:

As the Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist , you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to ensure financial obligations are paid timely and accurately. You will be working with the Accounts Payable Team and will be responsible for executing various AP duties as well as assisting with process improvements. Basically, you will ensure that the bills are paid on time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting preferred or equivalent experience.


• 7-10 years of Accounts Payable experience.


• Proven knowledge + expertise, and passion for accounting.


• Top-notch Excel skills, pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.


• Strong familiarity with SAP or another large ERP system.


• Proven expertise utilizing 3-way match in large ERP.


• Knowledge of interdependence between Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Receiving, Inventory and General Ledger.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A diverse skillset including Statement Reconciliation, Month end close, Vendor file management.


• A wide range of experience with Accounts Payable, 1099, Withholding, Sales & Use Tax, SOX, Payment Processing, Card payments, Reimbursements, etc.


• Creative curiosity, collaborative work ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision.


• Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies.


• A penchant for self-starting and be able to recognize and solve problems that may arise.


• A genuine fascination for the accounting field and a commitment to global change.

Annual Salary Range:

($80K - $90K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
